One month ago four year old Emmanoel was blacking out three times a day and would awake gasping for air in the middle of the night. Neither Emmanoel or his mother, Elodie, had slept well in months. The cause: a fist-sized tumor was growing in the back of his throat that would soon cut off his airway completely. Little Emmanoel was slowly suffocating.
